Pricing questions
What counts as a response?
A response is one completed survey. Partial responses, screen-outs and over-quota respondents are not counted.
What happens if we go over our monthly responses?
Fielding continues and extra responses are billed at your plan's per-response rate, or drawn from a prepaid bundle if you have one. You get an email at 80% and 100% of your allowance.
Do unused responses roll over?
Monthly allowances reset each billing month. Prepaid bundles stay valid for 12 months from purchase.
How is interview transcription priced?
Per audio hour, billed by the minute. Team plans include 10 hours a month; additional hours are $9.
Can we pay in Indian rupees?
Yes. Annual plans can be invoiced in INR with GST. Connect with sales for an invoice.
Is there a discount for universities and NGOs?
